About Quan

Quan has always been interested in physical activities growing up. He did Martial Arts for a couple years in middle school and tried wrestling and boxing in high school. After graduation, he enrolled in the Army National Guard and discovered his passion in fitness from army boot camp. It thus led him to a path as a personal trainer in 2015.

 

With a passion of becoming a leader and an inspirer, Quan has decided to operate his own group training business –– Strength Camp Seattle, in 2018 after gaining experiences working in a personal training gym in Downtown Seattle. As a trainer, he always wanted to learn more about the human body and continued his studies from the CHEK Institute to help with pain and recovery. He is currently a student at the DiscoveryPoint School of massage to be a Licensed Massage Therapist and to expand his knowledge of the human body.

 

Quan closed his group training facility in 2020 and founded TAO Movement in 2021 with the intention of helping others achieve their personal fitness and lifestyle goals through personal training. He enjoys working with people in a more intimate setting because the more he gets to know someone, the better he can help them achieve their goals.

 

He sees himself as a student of life. When you work with him, you will see his humbleness and willingness to learn from different people. He is constantly studying and applying what he’s learned so that he can continue to master his craft. Overcoming unpleasant health conditions in the past, Quan is very empathetic and nonjudgmental while working with his clients. He also has high attention to details and always goes above and beyond the standard.
