Quan and Janita are highly knowledgeable and skilled CHEK practitioners. They offered me a practical step by step approach in healing my chronic back pain and neck pain.
They utilize varying assessments, questionnaires and counseling to really identify a plethora of things you may have not been aware of. Very comprehensive and really get to the root of many underlying issues.
With increasing stress a lot of my issues exacerbated and pain was very severe. Quan progressively coached me to have my own nourishing corrective exercises and practices to stay healthy and happy!!!

I injured my neck and upper back so I went to see a chiropractor for a month and the pain was still there. I stopped going to the chiropractor and went to see Quan for a full body assessment. I then started rehabilitation work outs with Quan for a week and I can sleep better without pain and have more mobility in my neck. He also improved my movement patterns and core stability. After the assessments he recommended me to see a Nucca Chiropractor.
