Before training our clients, we conduct a 60-to-90-minute postural assessment involving a series of tests and measurements. The postural assessment allows us to identify any muscle imbalances and/or postural syndromes. These imbalances are one of the main reasons that cause our bodies to hurt!
Recognizing your root causes of pain allows us to design a completely customized corrective exercise programs, workout programs, and fine-tuning nutrition plans as solutions to your needs and goals. They help fine-tune any existing imbalances, improve postures, strengthen any weak muscles, reduce stress, eliminate chronic pain, and more.
Not only does having proper postures eliminate pain, it also helps us lose weight and have a much better body image. If one of your goals is to lose weight once and for all, postural assessments are definitely going to benefit you.
Postural Assessments will benefit me if I:

have previously experienced injuries/surgeries which now inhibit my daily activities

have tried everything to solve my issues, still without relief

was previously involved in medical surgeries and/or am in need of rehabilitation

have a goal of increasing strength
